The Wellie-Deli is a cafe in the little hamlet of Newbold Coleorton situated in the heart of the National Forest. We are a meeting place with the well-being of the community at the heart of what we do and our aim is to be at the heart of our community. We are a cafe that guarantees a friendly, inclusive and supportive environment where you can come alone and be just as comfortable as you would be if you came with friends.

We are situated in a converted barn in a quiet rural location. You can make us part of your dog walk (we have undercover outdoor seating so that you can sit with your pooch), make us part of your cycle route or just pop by because you fancy coffee and cake. We are just a 5 minute walk from New Lount Nature Reserve and less than 5 miles from Staunton Harold, the Cloud Trail, Coleorton Wood, Swannington Windmill and many other sites of interest.

We serve hot and cold food, made to order with fresh local, organic produce wherever possible. A great way to celebrate an event with a friend or perhaps just an excuse for a catch up our 'Afternoon Tea' can't be beaten. You can add a fizzy twist to the afternoon tea too for a real treat! The afternoon tea needs to be booked 48 hours in advance so plan ahead. We also offer vouchers... ask inside the cafe for details.
